Adjustable Resistor Data and Wiring Diagrams

An adjustable resistor is used in a circuit to reduce operational voltage to the lamp. It is also used to protect LED lamp boards from overload due to excessive incoming operational voltage. Additional protection is also provided if a lightening arrester connected to the circuit.

  2. Measuring Voltage with Adjustable Resistor: Figure of complete circut with adjustable resistor and LED light board.
  3. Wiring Diagram -- 43989-669: Diagram clearly shows signal wiring circuits with and without adjustable resistors. Also shows the use of a circuit jumper (P/N ).
  4. Wiring Diagram: Sentinal Siganl with 1 Indication with adjustable resistor and 1 without adjsutable resistor.
